For a fisherman serving a good fish is more then just a business. It is question of pride.Being a fisherman, I can offer you nothing less than the best fish in the Adriatic coast. I invite you to discover other traditional Dalmatian cuisine specialities such as Dalmatian prosciutto which has has a Protected Geographical Indication within the EU, or Dalmatian lamb that is fed with Mediterranean herbs which give them recognisable taste.
